Each of our three tracks (PERFORM, BUILD, and SWEAT DIFFERENT) are well thought out, efficient, full body training programs. This efficiency will allow you more time to do all the things you love to do outside of the “gym”. Three tracks also reduce the confusion of having too many options. Simply choose the track that best aligns with your goals, and/or work between the 3 depending on your needs.

PERFORM
*Functional strength and conditioning program
*Daily STRENGTH or ACCESSORY (we call it DEFINE)
*45-60 minutes
*Easy to follow warmup with daily WORKOUT
*Replaced the more complex movements with better options for our demographic and safety.
BUILD
*6-7 seven exercises per session, 1 exercise per body-part (Legs, chest, Triceps, Biceps, Shoulders, Back, and Abs/Calves
*45-60 minutes
*Progressive overload training principals are utilized with BUILD
*Build strength/muscle/longevity, with low burnout.
*Full Body Pump EVERYDAY
*Minimal Equip Options. Home, Garage or Full Gym
SWEAT
*Workouts mirror the PERFORM track workouts (on most days)
*Workouts are 30 minutes
*Modifying/scaling or eliminating certain components to accommodate for time
*Great for traveling, vacationing with the family, lunch hour workout or squeezing in while the kids are napping.
*Minimal equipment options (Dumbbells, etc)

Who is BUILT DIFFERENT for?

How long is each session?
Each session is 30-60 min from warm up to finish. PERFORM and SWEAT 30-60 Min. BUILD (Full Body) 45-60 Min. No more grueling 2-3 hours in the gym.
What is the difference between PERFORM, BUILD and SWEAT?
PERFORM is a GPP strength and conditioning training program designed with safety first.
BUILD is a full body training split designed to build muscle and get you looking/feeling your best.
SWEAT workouts bridge the gap short on time. Typically a modified version of the PERFORM workout.
What equipment is needed for PERFORM, BUILD, SWEAT?
PERFORM - DB's, Weights, Squat Rack
BUILD - DB's, Weights, Barbell, Squat Rack, PullUp Bar, Bench, Bands. Machines used, not required.
SWEAT - DBs/KBs
*Barbell, jump rope, pull up bar, plyo box may also be included with options, and suggestions provided.
*Air Bike, Rower, run path recommended
